Bond and rent arrangements
Invoices are sent for your bond and rent in advance.
We are Department of Social Development approved suppliers so we can help you through the process if you require assistance.

Move-in day
An extensive pre-rental inspection takes place prior to your move-in day. This is to safeguard you and the homeowner by being clear and transparent about the state of the property when your landlord/tenant relationship begins.
We offer 24-hour service, so if you have any issues on move-in day, we are only a phone call away.

Ongoing inspections and maintenance
We carry out three-monthly inspections. We look forward to catching up with you and finding out if you have issues so we can get them sorted for you.
